Sainsbury and Tesco Vouchers
We are again collecting Sainsbury and Tesco vouchers in order to buy equipment for the gym. Please put any vouchers in collection boxes on top of the trophy cabinet in the bar area of the old clubhouse. Thanks

Waterside A has been cancelled because of ice.
There will be a Waterside A replacement event at Norwich Canoe club instead on Sunday morning at
9.30am

Norwich Canoe Club Trophy Winners 2011
Training Day Tuesday 20th 10am to 4 pm
Bring two sets of paddle kit and running kit too!
We will see how the weather is and do a mixture of paddling, running (beep test) and gym.
Everyone is welcome!
Make sure you bring a huge packed lunch! Lunchtime will be about 12.30 for those people who can only make the afternoon.
